Privacy notice
How professional enquiries and personal information are handled.
Controller and contact
Worldpathol Global United, SA, CIF A99534059, C/ Ajedrea 20, Nave C22, 50720 Zaragoza, Zaragoza, España, is responsible for personal data used to handle enquiries. Contact and rights requests: info@worldpathol.com. This notice is prepared with reference to the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018.
What information is processed
Enquiries may contain your name, professional email, organisation, position, area of interest and message. Provide only information needed for your enquiry. Do not include identity documents, human health information, credentials or personal data about other people. The site is intended for professional contacts, not children.
Purpose and legal basis
We use enquiry details to respond, arrange meetings and consider the business request you initiate. Article 6(1)(b) GDPR applies where the request concerns steps before a contract with you. For representatives of organisations and other professional enquiries, Article 6(1)(f) applies to the legitimate interest in managing professional communications, subject to your rights and reasonable expectations. Legal obligations, when applicable, rely on Article 6(1)(c). An enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
How email preparation works
The contact feature keeps entered values temporarily in browser memory and prepares a message in your chosen email application. Meeting and briefing buttons can include details you have already entered. You can review, edit or cancel the message; opening it is not proof of sending. Your email application and mail provider handle the actual delivery. Avoid shared devices and close or reload the page when finished.
Hosting and service providers
The website uses Framer for hosting and delivery. Hosting can involve technical connection data, such as IP addresses, to deliver and protect the service. Email delivery involves the mail providers used by you and the controller. The owner must verify the relevant provider identities, processing agreements, subprocessors, retention and processing locations; this notice does not assert that all processing stays within the EEA.
Recipients and international transfers
Access must be limited to personnel handling the request, necessary service providers and authorities where legally required. No sale of enquiry data is intended. If a provider transfers personal data outside the EEA, an applicable GDPR Chapter V mechanism and any necessary supplementary safeguards must be verified. Provider-specific transfer details remain pending confirmation; request further information at info@worldpathol.com.
Retention — operational policy pending
Data should be retained only while needed to handle the request and any resulting relationship, and afterwards only where a legal obligation or the establishment, exercise or defence of claims justifies it, with restricted access where applicable. The owner has not yet approved a specific deletion schedule for enquiries that do not lead to a business relationship. That schedule and relevant legal retention periods must be documented and this notice updated; no fixed period is claimed here.
Your data protection rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and, where applicable, portability by writing to info@worldpathol.com or the postal address above. Where processing relies on consent, it may be withdrawn without affecting prior lawful processing. Identity verification will be proportionate; do not send an identity document unless justified and requested securely. Requests are normally answered within one month, with lawful extensions explained when needed.
Complaints and automated decisions
You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), www.aepd.es, or another competent supervisory authority. No automated decision-making producing legal or similarly significant effects, and no profiling for that purpose, is intended for enquiries.
Security and updates
Only necessary business information should be shared. Email is not a suitable channel for highly sensitive or confidential data and no system is risk-free. Please report suspected exposure to info@worldpathol.com without including the exposed records. This notice must be updated when actual processing or providers change. Provider and retention items above require final confirmation before this draft is treated as complete.
